Pain relief for natural birth

Epidural. For me, right after my first contraction hits I crazily held onto my laughing gas and got too high from it (I was still inhaling when they injected the epidural). I was floating because they said to only inhale when needed but I was inhaling it the whole time lol 😂 (but thankfully because I was high, I couldn’t feel any pain).
