Honestly, it depends sa vibe mo, some moms prefer the super active daily-posting groups, while others like quieter ones kung gusto lang mag-lurk at mag-ask ng specific questions. I'm part of a few: theAsianparent Philippines community itself is great kasi organized and may moderators, tapos may regional groups din (like your city/province) na mas intimate at naka-relate sa local schools and concerns. I'd suggest joining a few and see which one feels right, some groups can get overwhelming pero others are exactly the support system you need, especially pag may parenting crisis haha!
