May I ask why your LO was on HA formula previously? Do monitor because some kids are lactose intolerant or more sensitive to lactose. If the watery stools continue, you can consider trying out goat’s milk (fresh or formula) or soy-based formula.
Mayb c how it goes today and stop if her poo continues to be watery. Hope she’s still active and not feeling sick?
