For moisturisers, quite a few mums I know swear by Cetaphil or Suu Balm, both are gentle enough for daily use, though Suu Balm is more targeted for eczema itch relief while Cetaphil is more of an all-rounder. Aveeno is another option that comes up often, but some babies with more sensitive skin did better with Eucerin since it's quite mild. For laundry detergent, my friend switched to Agape Nature (only four ingredients, no fragrance) and noticed her baby's eczema actually improved after the change, though others have had good results with Pigeon Baby Laundry Detergent or Cloversoft pods, which you can get at NTUC. The honest truth is it varies by baby, so maybe start with one change at a time so you can tell what's actually making a difference.
