Mind sharing how many hours is your 4 months LO sleeping a day?
Mine sleep btw 11hrs to 13 hrs. Wondering if this is sufficient.
Don know what time i should be putting my LO to bed for his bedtime.
Start my bedtime routine at 7plus almost 8pm. But usually he will fall aslponly at 9 or 10plus.
Sometime he will fall aslp at 8plus but wake up crying ahoetly after falling aslp
