It's really tough when you get news like that, especially at a scan, but the good news is your doctor is right that most placentas do move as the uterus grows, so there's still a fair chance things will sort themselves out by the third trimester. I know it's hard to stay positive when you're spotting and scared, but try to take it one week at a time rather than catastrophizing the whole pregnancy, and keep those follow-up scans so you have concrete updates instead of just worrying in your head. With your fourth pregnancy you probably know your body quite well already, so just trust that you'll notice if things get worse and you can call KKH straightaway if the bleeding increases. Hang in there, most cases do resolve.
