Your uterine contracts when you have orgasm, so that may be the cause of the cramping and bleeding of leftover tissues. If your gynae has checked ultrasound and everything looks fine, i wouldnt worry. But just avoid orgasm for the time being.

You shouldn't pass out any tissues when you're pregnant. Pls do consult your gynae as soon as you can.

the cervix is clearly sensitive for the time being , tissues you were seeing could probably be from your old period but spotting really really is common in pregnancy ;) just look out for symptoms like heaving bleeding or intense cramping , other than that you should be fine ;)
