Ay mama, at 3 weeks on formula, that frequent pooping (especially the small amounts) sounds like baby might not be getting enough milk or there's a feeding issue, honestly ito yung time na kelangan mo talaga mag-check sa pediatrician kasi ang poop pattern ay nagbabago week to week and better safe than sorry! One of my mum friends had the same concern with formula at 3 weeks, and turned out baby wasn't latching properly sa bottle or the mixing was off, so doc checked everything. Since day 1 with S26, double-check your mixing measurements din, 1 is to 1 ratio dapat exact, walang shortcuts dito. Best mo talaga gawin ay message or call your pediatrician about this para ma-rule out kung normal lang or may adjustment needed sa feeding, lalo na kung worried ka na.
