Na experience ko din po yan. Sumakit tiyan ko kasi di naka poop regularly. Tapos hirap pa mag poop dahil constipated kaya i told my OB about my problem and she prescribed Duphalac laxative which is safe for pregnant women. Ok naman po at di na matigas poop ko. Also, drink lots of water and eat fiber enriched foods like prunes, ripe papaya, camote and green leafy vegetables. Hope it helps!🙂
Advise ng OB q dati, papayang HINOG, prunes, suha (kaso d ata season ngaun) and leafy veggies..more & more water..nung 2nd trimester q nman until now, mdlas aq mag-saluyot, madulas kasi sya kya lumalambot ung poops hehe Wag msyado sa rice and ung bread ms ok pg wheat or whole wheat.. Pg bloated aq, umiinom lang aq mainet na tubig..lalo nkakasikmura ung malamig
Aaaah. Mahilig pa naman ako sa cold water ngaun kasi mainit. Pero hindi super lamig. Saktong lamig lang hehe peri thankyou mumsh. :) i'll take note on your recommended fruits. Tho fruits and veggies naman lagi ko hanap ngaun. :)
