Matatamis at maaalat. Dahil prone ang mga buntis sa UTI at pwede na magkaroon din si baby. Pero ako di ko napigil sarili ko sa chocolates, halo-halo at ice cream summer kasi nung buntis ako. instant pansit canton is not healthy mas ok un lutong bahay taz maraming sahog na gulay..😉 egg hindi bawal as long as long as lutong luto sya.. eat healthy foods lang basta bawal ang mga hilaw na foods like sashimi, kinilaw.. congratulations on your pregnancy 😊

Iwasan mo mamsh ang processed food di healthy for you lalo na kay baby mo at yung egg naman okay lng as long na cooked talaga siya di yung malasado. :-) congrats mamsh... Iwas lng po sa maalat na foods para iwas manas. :-) fruits and veggies the best iintake. :-)

Noodles are not exactly safe. They do not have any nutritional value. Eating egg is safe but make sure it is fully cooked or pasteurized. Raw or undercooked eggs can carry disease-causing organisms like Salmonella bacteria, which can cause food poisoning. 

anything unhealthy is not really good in general, like junk foods, processed foods, sweets and salty. Though you can still have in moderation and as much as possible, eat veggies and have fruits on daily basis, egg is good i guess especially boiled 😊

mga hilaw lang ang bawal. like sushi / kinilaw.. but of course isipin mo din yung baby sa mga kakainin mo. bawal ang coffee. decaf lang pwede. twice a week daw at most

Iwasan ang process food yung egg pwede basta lutong luto sia mayaman kasi sa protein panlaban sa preeclampsia basta an egg per day lang damihan ng gulay at prutas

wag nlng po palagi junk foods para mas healthy c baby. okay lng nman po ang egg but better boiled egg. tapos wag masyado sa coffee at pineapple.

As per my OB, limit ako sa pineapple kasi mataas ang natural sugar ng fruit na ito. Hindi maganda sa mga buntis na may Gestational Diabetis or para rin maiwasan magka diabetis during pregnancy.
