A few of my friends from Tarlac actually gave birth sa Tarlac Medical Center and sobrang positive ang feedback nila about the staff and facilities, kaya totally understandable yung peace of mind mo. I'd suggest calling their maternity department directly kasi ang packages tend to change and may iba-ibang promos sila depending sa season, pero from what I heard, normal delivery packages are usually more affordable compared sa CS, and most private hospitals offer payment plans na pwedeng i-discuss mo pa directly with them para sa budget mo. Try reaching out din sa other first-time moms sa local Tarlac mom groups, usually may updated info sila on exact prices at kung ano talaga ang experience nila, plus maraming pwedeng i-share na tips about their ob-gyn there!
