Sa employer ko wala ng mat2 they’ll credit the whole amount in exchange of signing a waiver submitting all the necessary medical documents otherwise if you fail to comply they’ll deduct it from your salary.

Next is un MAT 2 form which will be submitted atleast a month before your due date.
