it lessens the chance po ng pagbubuntis. pero hindi po totally. better ask your ob or kahit sa health center kung ano maganda contraceptive ang bagay sayo. like implants, pills, injectables, if di pa makakapunta better use condom muna. hindi din po kasi applicable masyado ang calendar method if hindi po kayo fully aware sa tamang pagsunod dun. 😊
