You should have contribution for the last 12 months prior to the semester of contingency. Yan daw po dapat sis para maqualify ka rejected kasi ako dahil 6months lang nabayaran ni hubby from Jan-June 2020 nanganak ako nung June mali pala yung mga months na nabayaran nya dapat meron ding year 2019
pwede ka magstart bayaran ang January 2021 para hindi ka late payment. kung EDD nyo po is July to Sept 2021, bayaran nyo na po ung Jan-Mar bago mag end ang March para qualified ka po sa matben
