Buy brown rice instead of white rice. Eat wheat bread instead of the ordjnary one and no flavor dapat. Half ng plato mo dapat puro gulay. 1/4 ulam then 1 cup rice. Eat 5 times to 6 times a day. 3 meals and 3 snacks. Drink almond milm unsweetened. :)
Iwas po sa fried foods, better po kung mga gulay, kung isda naman po may mga sabaw, sa chicken po tanggalin ung balat, keri yan mommy, sample meal ko yan nung preggy po ako 2 years ago 😘😘
