Aww momshie, OGT results can be tricky kasi it depends sa lab values at kung ano ang range ng clinic mo, kailangan mo talaga ng doctor to explain kung normal o mataas ang sa'yo because what's normal sa isang lab might be slightly different sa iba! A few of us moms were confused din when we got our results, so we just asked our OB directly para sure, and honestly yan ang best move para ma-ease ang mind mo. Sabi ng OB ko, as long as within range and monitored properly, usually okay lang, pero kung mataas talaga, might need adjustments sa diet or lifestyle. Post the numbers if you want, pero doctor consultation talaga ang safest answer, bes!
