Menstration-After Giving Birth

Hi mga Momsh,firts time ko mag exclusive breastfeeding sa 3rd baby ko.. its been 3months since i gave birth,and still i havent got my period yet.. nag Do na kami ni husband 2mos palang c bb.. is it possible ma.buntis ako?. and How long pa pwde bumalik normal regla ko? pwde ba ako mag take ng pills? anyone experience the same? TIA
