I start counting kapag alam ko na gising sya at gumagalaw galaw. Most moms do it after a meal, but I do mine upon waking up, before breakfast, kasi napansin ko mas active si baby that time. I do it again at around 12nn and 8pm. It usually takes me 10 mins or less bago maka 10 kicks, then stop ko na don. Naka-log naman sa kick count app yung time.
