meaning bumababa na si baby. if may time ka po mag pa OB, pa-IE ka po sa kanya para malaman if ok pa rin ba ung "baba" ni baby o baka naman natagtag na pala. plus ung pagsakit ng puson, medyo maaga pa para mafeel mo un. dapat mag isoxilan ka para d mapapadalas ung pag contract. nasa 8thmonth ka pa lang kaya medyo risky pag lumabas na si baby

Hi Mommy, I think that’s normal lang naman. It’s probably just Braxton Hicks Contractions. Especially since you’re on your third trimester already, your uterus is practicing contractions for the big day. ☺️ Don’t worry too much, it’s just normal. 😊 But I suggest if it really bothers you to have it checked with your OB.
