I think it is best that you should use the plain paracetamol rather saridon. Safe kasi ang paracetamol during breastfeeding. Do not stop breastfeeding kahit may sakit ka kasi pamahiin lang na madede ni baby ang sakit mo. Not even science can prove that babies could acquire your fever if you breastfed them.
