Nung nalaman ko may gestational diabetes ako, omit ko na white rice. Switched to brown rice, brown bread with low GI, brown pasta and no pastries. More on fruits and vegetables. Pag kumakain kami sa labas, gulay or meat lng inoorder ko. Kung super gutom ako, half lng ng rice.

Oatmeal lang ako sa morning..konting rice sa lunch and dinner mas maraming prutas at gulay.
Less in rice and sugar mommy tapos more on gulay, fruits and low fat milk.
bawas sa rice. kpg nabibitin ako umiinom nlng ako ng mraming tubig para mabusog.
