Iwas lang sa mga raw foods ,dapat thoroughly cook. Yun lang, ganun parin naman, basta nutritious food.
Nung pregnant ako, normal breakfast lang. Rice kasi ang inaalmusal ko talaga kahit di ako buntis 🙂
Minsan kanin, egg, hotdog or tinapay with peanut and laging may milk and fruits
Wheat bread, peanut butter and coffee.
