Ako, 2 months na nag start until now 4 months na ako, kung babasahin yung nutrition facts kaunti lang mga mumsh sugar nun hindi rin yun nakakataba, mas nakakataba yung mga starchy foods na kinakain natin like rice, bread pasta etc, maraming nutrients yan for the baby and you din, or if doubted talaga go ask for the OB and say all your worries para masagot nila mas expert sila dun 🤗
Ako sis never nag take. Mas mataas daw kasi sugar ng ganung milk kesa sa normal na milk.
