Dugo in Discharge

Hello mga mommies! What to do after magkaron na ng discharge na may kasamang dugo? Last week pa ako huling nagpa-IE and according to the OB is 1cm na daw, punta na ba kaagad ako sa clinic or mag wait muna for labor signs?
