Hi mga mommies and soon to be mommies out there. Im 29 weeks pregnant and currently working as CSR. As of now working at home po kame and im suffering pain xa tagal ng pgka2upo sa magdamag na shift ko. I know that contractions are normal at this stage na pero palagi po ako naka2ramdam ng pananakit ng tyan. . Ano po kaya magandang gawin or any tips po pra ma lessen yung pananakit and pang aalay ng bewang ko? Thank u po xa mkaka sagot. God bless. ???
