Anak ko din nag-Nestogen 1 and yep, medyo soft and wet ang tae niya pero may consistency pa, so that's actually normal lang talaga, basta may shape and hindi pure tubig, you're good! One bowel movement a day is fine din naman, kasi may babies na once a day lang talaga, especially if they're exclusively on formula. Pero since ikaw concerned, better check with your pedia just to be sure na lahat ay okay at hindi naman diarrhea or allergy, para ma-rule out mo agad at makatulog ka ng mahimbing hehe!
