Hi Mommy! Na experience ko din yan. Ang advice ng OB ko that time is, every night bago matulog, maglagay daw ng pen light sa may baba ng tummy. The baby will follow the light. Pwede din magpatugtog near the same area. I used the torch of my phone as the pen/pin light. Yun din ang ginagamit ko for music. You would want to play classical music for baby's brain development. Please note that you have to put your phone on AIPLANE MODE para walang signal. Effective yan sakin. Normal ako nanganak. 😘👶♥️

hi mommy, ganyan din po ako nun. then pagdating ng 9th month ko tsaka umikot si baby sa normal position. wala ako ginawa but to pray and talk to baby lang na sana umikot na siya 😊 sabi nila, you can play music and place it near your vagina so baby's head will move towards it.
