2 Months and 21 Days old Baby Hasn't Pooped For 1 Week. Please help po.

Hi mga mommies, I can't reach his pedia for so long na. I don't really know why. Hindi pa kasi nagpu-poop yung baby ko for almost a week na. He's breastfed and recently we started using a pacifier sakanya kasi putol putol lagi tulog niya and lagi naghahanap ng dede. Kaso nao-overfeed din siya lagi so kaya nga pina-cifier. I'm just wondering po if the pacifier has anything to do with him not pooping po? I still feed him breastmilk naman whenever he wakes up. Hindi naman din siya nagwawala or irritable. He's always playing lang din and parang wala lang. Hindi din naman matigas tyan niya. I researched it na on Google and it says there na this is normal for breastfed babies na hindi magpoop often pero di parin po ako mapakali eh. I think it's better po if i hear real experiences from real parents here. Thank you po
