Problem with blood flow daw kasi yan...Try mo mommy itaas paa mo when resting, do light exercises like walking to boost blood flow, pwede ka rin magwear ng compression stockings, avoid tight fitting clothes muna. Pero again best if you inform your OB agad about it aadvice ka rin nya ng mga dapat gawin.

Try to elevate your legs everynight 30mins-1hr kung may oras ka sis. 7 months na ako ngayon,everynight kung ginagawa yan.
