Hi mga mommies, ftm here, almost 9wks na since nanganak ako, currently on mixed feeding. As part of momma/self care, ask ko lang kung pwede ba magpa-facial ang lactating momma? Or meron bang mga spa/salon na nagooffer ng facial na safe for lactating mommas?

mommy ask your spa/salon if they accept lactating moms. depende po sa kanila kasi if they can or not.
