Cervical Polyps

Hi mga mommies! First time preggy here. Im on my 10th week but eversince meron po akong spitting. Nagpacheck po kami and found out that I have cervical Polyps that causes the spotting. Meron po ba ditong same situation? If yes, pinatanggal po ba ng OB nyo yung polyps or hinayaan lang? Also, Bed rest po ba kayo?

Hello mi kmusta po ung polyp nyo ilang months bago nwala ? same tyo ako endometrial polyp dn nag dudugo dn ako minsan mahina minsan medyo nalabas pero di nmn super lakas tpos may clots dn nalabas na itim 13weeks na tyan ko pabalik balik dn ako ob buti at okay nmn si baby kso nakakastress ksi dinudugo kung ano ano nlng naiisip bedrest dn ako tpos inom pampakapit
