Cervical Polyps

Hi mga mommies! First time preggy here. Im on my 10th week but eversince meron po akong spitting. Nagpacheck po kami and found out that I have cervical Polyps that causes the spotting. Meron po ba ditong same situation? If yes, pinatanggal po ba ng OB nyo yung polyps or hinayaan lang? Also, Bed rest po ba kayo?

I had polyp also sa first pregnancy ko that caused bleeding na brown ang color. Pinatanggal po ng OB ko and ok naman po.
