Cervical Polyps

Hi mga mommies! First time preggy here. Im on my 10th week but eversince meron po akong spitting. Nagpacheck po kami and found out that I have cervical Polyps that causes the spotting. Meron po ba ditong same situation? If yes, pinatanggal po ba ng OB nyo yung polyps or hinayaan lang? Also, Bed rest po ba kayo?

5 months preggy here, i also have polyps sa vaginal opening ko na nakita nung pelvic exam, nga spotting kasi ako , ok naman ang baby ko, yun pala ang cause ng spotting, 3 weeks na on and off spotting ko, pinag bedrest ako ng OB , ireremove after ko ipanganak si baby..
