acne breakout and hairfall

hello mga mommies. it's been 4 months since i've given birth to my 1st born child. is it normal na magkaroon ng acne breakout and hair fall sa stage na to?? ung hair fall ko to the point n prng may cancer kada ligo at suklay ko napakaraming nalalagas n buhok eh. any tips on how to manage this? help pls.
