Honestly, best mo talaga mag-inquire directly sa Chinese General mismo kasi ang charity and Philhealth requirements nila ay may specific process na medyo nag-change na lately, a few of us tried going through their charity department pero kailangan mo talaga mag-visit in person or mag-call para ma-explain yung exactly ano ang kailangan mo for CS under charity. Usually kelangan mo ng Yellow Card (which is their indigency card) and Philhealth, pero may minimal out-of-pocket pa rin usually even with both, especially for CS kasi mas complicated ang procedure, kung kaya mo, bring your Philhealth member number and birth certificate when you visit para makapag-apply agad ng Yellow Card, it makes the process faster!
