Hey mama! So yung "developing placenta at posterior" means ang placenta mo ay nasa likod ng uterus, which is totally normal, walang problema doon. Yung "placental edge is completely covering" part tho, that sounds like it might be describing placenta previa (where the placenta covers part or all ng cervix/OS), kaya talaga dapat mo itanong sa OB mo specifically kung ano exactly ang findings, lalo na kung may risk ito sa pregnancy mo, kasi iba-iba ang treatment depending sa severity at how far along ka. One of my mum friends had something similar at sinabi lang ng OB niya na kailangan lang ma-monitor every trimester, but definitely don't skip asking your doctor about this one para peace of mind mo, okay?
