A few of us din nag-deal with low hemoglobin towards the end, at iba-iba ang approach, some needed transfusions, some didn't, depending on how the delivery went, so hindi automatic na mangyayari yan sa iyo. Kaya please don't hesitate to ask your doctor directly about what-ifs and what they can do to help prevent it, kasi that fear is valid and they should address it properly!
