SSS MatBen computation/ Salary difference

Mga mies, paano ba talaga computation ng SSS MatBen? I work in a call center and mataas yung kaltas sa amin.. Ang total salary package ko is 33k, pero ang basic nun ay 26k. Sa first baby ko kasi, bukod sa 70k from SSS, may nakuha pa akong salary difference from the company. Dito sa new company na pinapasukan ko, same din total salary package ko (33k).. actually, mas mataas pa nga ang basic ko dito dahil sa dati 24,600 lang pero ang binigay nila ay SSS MatBen lang na 70k??? Walang salary difference?

Ang computation po kasi ng sss benefits ay based on your "Monthly Salary Credit", at kung mapapansin nyo po sa sss Contribution chart, currently P20k lang ang maximum salary credit available. So it doesn't matter if 100k ang sweldo nyo, P20k lang ang max salary credit ng sss. Which is why mababa lang din ang sss pension at nagdagdag sila ng wisp to somehow compensate.

Ah, ok. Yung salary differential po pala talaga ang tanong nyo, pasensya na at di ko agad nagets. Anyways, supposedly ay meron daw po talagang salary differential for private companies although some companies may be able to get an exemption. Better to ask your HR na lng din po ☺️
