Same tau mii, nag (+1) ung gdm ko.. Sabi ni ob ok lng daw pero magless daw aq s rice at bread.. Tamang diet lng daw.. Less sweet and salty din. 😅😁😁
Atleast onting tiis lang mi. Brown rice, more on veggies. Wag lagi bread. Kahit fruits eat in moderation. Madali nalang yan mi.
