SSS Member Info and Maternity Benefit

Mga mi help, may nag request na po ba ng member info update dito? Naupdate kasi nila address ang mobile phone number ko pero di ko alam bakit yung email address ko hindi. Na try ko na din to update contact info via online pero greyed out yung email hindi tuloy ako makapag file ng mat2. Nanganak ako last April, ask ko lang din if magkano makukuha ko? Maraming salamat po sa mga sasagot ❤️

Ay, this is frustrating talaga, a few of us nag-struggle din with the SSS online updates, especially pag grayed out yung fields! The email thing might be locked because it's tied to your account verification, kaya I'd suggest go directly to your nearest SSS branch with your ID at documents para ma-update nila properly and ma-file na rin ang maternity benefit mo mismo, mas mabilis at sure na walang system issues. Congrats sa baby mo, by the way! For the maternity benefit amount, it depends on your contribution history and salary bracket, but ask the SSS staff directly pag nandoon na kayo since they can calculate exactly kung magkano ang ma-claim mo based sa April delivery mo.
