Since you're diabetic, super important talaga na makakuha kayo ng OB na experienced sa gestational at pre-existing diabetes kasi kailangan ng mas malapit na monitoring, a few of us in my circle with diabetes went to Medical City Pasig or Amang Rodriguez Medical Center, at parehong detailed sila sa prenatal checks. Hindi ko exactly alam ang exact prices ngayon kasi tumaas na lahat, pero normal delivery usually around 80k-150k depending sa hospital, and CS ay mas mataas pa, kaya best na kunin ninyo same-day ang quote directly from the hospital billing para accurate, but honestly, for your condition, mas importante ang quality of care kaysa presyo lang. Definitely check with your OB first kung saan siya nagdedelivery or kung may affiliation siya, kasi mas convenient kung ang doc ninyo ay comfortable na sa chosen hospital ninyo.
