Honest lang, I haven't tried Mother Nurture Choco myself kaya hindi ako confident mag-recommend based on experience hehe, pero a few of my mum friends have mentioned lactation drinks before and they say the taste matters talaga because if you don't like it, you won't drink it consistently anyway! I think best talaga is to check with your OB or a lactation consultant kung effective talaga siya para sa milk production, kasi every mom's body is different.
