Mama, that's something you really need to tell your OB about right away, kahit konti lang ang bleeding, better safe than sorry lalo na at 40+ weeks ka na! Call her clinic agad or go to your birthing hospital para ma-check properly, especially after the internal exam kanina, she'll know exactly what's going on and what it means for you.
A few of my mum friends had similar experiences near term, pero bawat mama at pregnancy ay different, kaya talaga kailangan ng proper check-up.
