EXERCISE after CS
Hi mga mamsshh, ask lang po kung pwede na ko mag threadmill or exercise ng very light kahit 4months pa lang ako nanganak, medyo nabibigatan ako sa katawan ko, CS nga po pla ko.. tingin nyo po mga mammshh?
Pwede na after 6-8 weeks momsh pero gradual lang and better ask clearance from your OB. "Usually, exercise should be avoided during the first six to eight weeks, to avoid any strain and facilitate the healing of the post C-section wound. Đọc thêmSis, ako etong 2nd baby ko nanganak ako via CS nung October 30, 2018 tapos ang instruction sakin ng OB ko December 10 pwede nakong mag-exercise. Ang exercise ko ay dancing.. Dapat ask mo OB mo about dyan. Siya ang mas knowledgeable dyan sis.

Cs po ako pero pinagbawalan Pa ako kasi kahit heal na ung sa labas pero sa loob Hindi Pa talaga heal...
Nag hahanap ako ng sagot FYI .. respeto hindi yung MEMA ka lang, galeengg... hayuk na hayuk jusq. 🤦
sis no , mga 1yr pa siguro kasi heal na yan sa labas , di pa sa loob , baka magkableeding ka sa loob

After 6mos. Pero much better kung 1 year. Pinsan ko CS din.
Ask your OB's clearance when ka pwede magexercise.
