mawawala po after manganak. pero dapat ngayon po diet na kayo ang have a healthy eating diet. red or brown rice kapalit ng white rice, oatmeal for snacks, wheat bread, no more sweet fruits like mangga. no more milk tea, instant coffee, tetra juice, softdrinks. Ganyan po ginawa ko after tumaas sugar ko then nagpalab ako ulet after 2 weeks, nagnormal na po kaya hindi na ko nag gamot.
Possible na ma cs ka mamsh pag mataas sugar.
