SCIATICA PAIN
Hi mga mamshies. Anyone whos experiencing Sciatica pain during their pregnacy?? Im going on my 5th month na and super sakit nya talaga everyday. Any workouts or excercises na pwede gawin? Aside sa stretching. thanks in advance 😊😊😊
ang umeffect lang na exercise/workout sakin is yung hihiga ka side nung affected leg then bend mo yung knees hanggang sa kaya (yung di ka makakafeel ng pain), then stretch both arms at pagdikitin yung palad. pag nasa position na pagsabayin mong imove forward yung isang palad (yung nasa taas) at yung knee na nasa itaas (parang mag iislide sya) pero dapat di sobrang yung pagkaka slide and dapat pantay lang yung knee at sa palad mo. Sorry hirap iexplain 😊
