Oo normal lang yan, first-time mom! Those little bumps (milia or baby acne) usually show up sa first few weeks, lalo na kung sensitive ang balat ng baby or dahil sa hormones from pregnancy. A few of us tried just keeping baby's face clean and dry, and most of the time nagsisimula na mag-improve on its own by 2-3 months, so wag mag-worry too much! If it gets really red or looks infected, that's the time to check with the pedia, pero usually harmless lang talaga.
