14wks? Same thing happened to me since maselan talaga pagbubuntis ko from the start. Just take your meds and rest well. Avoid stress. Follow your OB’s instructions and everything will be fine. Nailabas ko naman ng maayos baby ko. Good luck to you and stay safe
