Try mo po kain bawang na fresh everyday.. or fish oil supplement. Tpos iwas na fatty meals po at less rice narin.. more on white meat like fish or chicken meat ung wlang balat. Tpos masabaw na me ampalaya, or any leafy greens.. kung pwede wag po muna mga fried kainin mo mommy, either sinabawan/steamed or inihaw lang muna.. hope this helps po.. diet control lang mommy tpos iwas pagod at stress..
