Healing after miscarriage

Hi mga mamsh. It has been exactly 10 days after lumabas ni baby after having missed miscarriage. Hndi ako niraspa kasi lumabas naman na lahat. Medical management lang at home (evening primrose & mergot). Fortunately hindi naman ako nagbleed excessively after the day na lumabas si baby, no fever, chills. I’ve been focusing on healing in all aspects. At least trying… ang tanong ko po, how long does it take to feel stronger? What tests can I request para macheck kung nagrecover ako properly? Tips on how to heal faster? Kasi up until now parang madali ako mahilo. I tried to go to the mall for lunch lang.. A part of me felt na magpapanic attack ako. maaga pa para lumabas labas na? Anyone who has been in this situation? I would appreciate kind words din to help me cope and overcome this biggest challenge in my life so far. #miscarriage #pleasehelp

Mama, my heart goes out to you, 10 days lang yan, your body and emotions need more time to heal, so please be gentle with yourself. A few of us in our circle have gone through miscarriage din, and honestly, the dizziness and panic attacks are so normal kasi ang dami ng hormonal changes happening; one friend said she felt stronger around 3-4 weeks, pero everyone's timeline is different talaga. For the tests, it's best to follow up with your OB para ma-check your hemoglobin levels (kasi bleeding and emotional stress can cause anemia, which explains the dizziness) and make sure everything passed completely, they might also want to monitor your HCG levels to ensure it's dropping properly. In the meantime, rest as much as you can, eat iron-rich foods, stay hydrated, at wag mo pilitin ang sarili mo to go out; healing isn't linear, at marami kaming nandito na nakaintindi ng ginagawa mo. You're stronger than you think, and it's okay to not be okay right now.
